At Battlezy.in, we aim to ensure fairness, transparency, and user satisfaction across all tournaments and services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and related disputes are handled on our platform.

General Terms

  • By registering for a tournament, purchasing a premium feature, or using any paid service on Battlezy.in, you agree to this policy.
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by both this document and our Terms & Conditions.
  • Battlezy.in reserves the right to amend this policy at any time to reflect operational or legal requirements.

Tournament Entry Fees

All tournament entry fees are non-refundable once registration is complete, except in the following cases:

  • The tournament is canceled by the host or by Battlezy.in.
  • A technical error during payment prevents successful registration.
  • A duplicate transaction is identified by the payment gateway.

In these situations, refunds will be processed after verification, usually within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment processor.

Premium and Subscription Services

  • Fees paid for premium features or subscription plans are non-refundable, except when the service fails to activate or function due to a verified technical issue.
  • Partial refunds are not provided for unused days, early cancellations, or inactivity.

Tournament Cancellations

  • If a host cancels a tournament before it begins, all registered players will automatically receive a full refund.
  • If a tournament is canceled due to technical issues, misconduct, or unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be issued where applicable, subject to our internal verification.

No-Show and Disqualification

  • Players who fail to appear for matches or are disqualified for rule violations, cheating, or misconduct are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds will not be issued for user error, late check-in, or internet connectivity issues.

Dispute Resolution

Users may submit refund-related disputes through the support system within 48 hours of the issue.

All disputes are reviewed case-by-case. Battlezy.in’s decision will be final and binding.

Processing and Method

  • Approved refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • Refund times depend on the user’s bank or payment gateway and may take up to 10 business days.

Platform Rights

  • Battlezy.in reserves the right to refuse refunds if fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected.
  • Modify, delay, or withhold refunds in compliance with payment processor or legal requirements.
  • Change this policy at any time without prior notice.
